This class blends mobility, core strength, and conditioning in a way that’s approachable but still challenging. We use bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, and stretching to build stability, improve movement, and get your heart rate up.
There are no barbells here—just smart, joint-friendly training designed to help you move well, build strength, and stay consistent. Whether you’re getting back into fitness or need a lower-impact complement to your training, Core & Cardio is built to meet you where you are.
All levels welcome. Every workout is scalable.
