This is the core of what we do at Redondo Beach Fitness. We squat. We hinge. We press, pull, and carry. We build strength through compound lifts and bodyweight training, and we push conditioning with both short sprints and longer efforts. Every session is programmed with purpose—and adjusted for your level, your goals, and any injuries or limitations you bring in.
You don’t need to be in shape to start. You just need to show up. Our coaches will take care of the rest.
